Artist Julie Moorhouse will showcase a collection of new work at the Men’s Shed in Thomastown during this year’s Kilkenny Arts Week. Based in Gowran, Co. Kilkenny, Julie is a well-known artist whose vibrant and imaginative creations reflect her passion for creativity and the arts. Drawing inspiration from painting, live music, theatre, film and literature, her work explores colour, texture and emotion in distinctive and engaging ways. In addition to her own artistic practice, Julie is a dedicated art tutor, sharing her skills and enthusiasm with numerous groups across Kilkenny and Carlow. Visitors to the exhibition can look forward to discovering a fresh body of work from an artist whose creativity continues to inspire audiences and students alike.
