AROMATHERAPY is the use of essential oils for healing, relaxation, and vitality.

Some oils are antiviral, antibacterial, immune supportive and others help lift the mood.

The oils are compounds extracted from plants. Each of the oils has its own unique healing properties and fragrance.

They can be used one at a time or they can be mixed to suit your needs and the aroma you prefer. The oils, depending on suitability, can be massaged onto the skin, added to your bath, or burned in oil burners or electric diffusers.

Essential oils are used in perfumes, cosmetics, soaps, and household cleaning products for fragrance and to support the product with their unique health providing properties.

Here are some blends you could try. Add these to your burner or diffuser.

Focus and motivation blend – For when you need a little push

4 drops Orange

2 drops Rosemary

2 drops Peppermint

Full of energy

Focus, Clarity, and Invigoration bend – To help you feel alert and full of energy

4 drops Lemon

3 drops Peppermint

1 drop Eucalyptus

To support Immunity – A refreshing choice

6 drops of Lemon

Cold and ‘Flu blend – Bronchitis – This will help to clear the airways –it’s antiviral and antibacterial too!

2 drops Eucalyptus

2 drops Lemon

2 drops Tea Tree

These are blends that you can try yourself at home. Let us know if you’re on any medication, or have any allergies.

Only some of the essential oils are safe to use during pregnancy, please check before use. Also be mindful of your pets as they have a heightened sense of smell.
