A very special celebration took place at the Newpark Hotel this week as beloved porter John Kelly marked an extraordinary 40 years of service with the hotel. John first joined the Newpark team on 16th May 1986 and has since become one of the most familiar and cherished faces at the hotel. Over the past four decades, John has welcomed generations of guests with his trademark warmth, professionalism and friendly smile. His dedication, loyalty and unwavering commitment have made him an integral part of the Newpark experience and a hugely valued colleague among staff past and present.

Management and colleagues gathered to honour John’s incredible milestone and to thank him for the lasting contribution he has made to the hotel over the years. Speaking on the occasion, the team at Newpark Hotel described John as “a true gentleman and a cornerstone of the Newpark family,” adding that his kindness and work ethic have left a lasting impression on everyone who has had the pleasure of knowing him. Congratulations and heartfelt thanks were extended to John for his remarkable achievement, with everyone at the hotel wishing him many more happy years ahead and celebrating the wonderful memories he has helped create over the last 40 years.
