Bach Flower Rescue Remedy is a remedy that many of you will be familiar with. It has been available to us for more than 80 years. There are 38 Bach Flowers and Rescue Remedy contains five of these: Star of Bethlehem, Rock Rose, Clematis, Impatiens, and Cherry Plum. It’s the ideal remedy to have in your home or to carry in your handbag for times of stress, panic, commotion, or for busy lives.
Some of the situations it helps include; relaxation and calm before a driving test, dentist or doctor’s appointment, or job interview. It’s often used by students before exams to steady the nerves. Travellers use it to help them relax on their journey or to calm their mind as they prepare for the trip. Right now, I think some of you could find it useful to help you settle back into the work place. Especially if there’s any sense of panic around heading back to work after such a long break.
