Unlock the Wonders of Kilkenny with Meg Molloy’s ’30 Things to do before you’re 30 challenge!’

Meg Molloy who is part of the Communications Team of Kilkenny County Council, is inviting people everywhere to join her in a unique challenge. On March 2nd, 2024, Meg will turn 30 and to celebrate this milestone, she is embarking on a journey around Kilkenny City and County, completing thirty things to do in Kilkenny before your 30.

Meg’s love for Kilkenny started at a young age, and it’s no surprise to anyone that her career path brought her to Kilkenny County Council. From the Castlecomer Zipline to the Poulnassy Waterfall, from gin tasting at the Ballykeeffe Distillery to a match in Nowlan Park, Meg will be exploring Kilkenny’s many activities and attractions in the coming months.

“I wish Meg well on her journey of thirty things to do in Kilkenny before she turns 30 next year,” said Cathaoirleach of Kilkenny County Council, Cllr. Pat Fitzpatrick, upon hearing of Meg’s initiative. “I encourage everyone to join her and come up with suggestions for things for her to do so that we can highlight the wonderful hidden gems we have here in Kilkenny for everyone to come see come do.”
