The Queen of Country and Irish, Margo, is commencing her nationwide tour at the Lyrath Estate in Kilkenny on Tuesday 5th of April. This will be MARGO’s first concert since 2019, and her legion of fans are delighted to see her back on stage after a three year absence due to the pandemic. Margo had planned to tour last year to celebrate her 70th birthday but the plans were again postponed because of the lockdown at the time.
Margo said recently “I am just so looking forward to being back again in the beautiful Lyrath Estate for my first concert on April 5th. It really was something special when I last performed there in 2019. The atmosphere was amazing. I am also delighted have some very special guests join me on the night, Brendan Shine, John Hogan and of course my good friend Trudi Lalor. KCLR’s own James Lakes is MC and I am looking forward to meeting up with James again too”
