New stage presentation of Cohen’s poems and songs

I Remember You Well – the songs and poems of Leonard Cohen is a new stage presentation developed and directed by John MacKenna.

Drawing on the songs and words of the Canadian poet, who died in November 2016, MacKenna has worked with musicians Shane Sullivan and Katie Jacques (both of whom appeared in Cohen’s requiem, Between Your Love and Mine) and actor Angela Keogh to produce a 75 minute show that had audiences on their feet at its premiere in Athy Arts Centre.

The show can be seen at the beautiful and atmospheric St Mary’s Church of Ireland in Carlow on Sunday November 12th at 8 pm.

Tickets can be booked through I Remember You Well on Eventbrite or will be available on the door on the night – cash only, please.
