Irish song-writing pioneer David Kitt is set to play a one-off show at Ballintubbert House, just a short spin from Kilkenny, on Saturday 14th November.
Celebrating the 25th anniversary of his breakthrough album, ‘The Big Romance’, Kitt has a series of headline shows lined up in Vicar Street, Cork and Limerick this December.
This is a rare opportunity to experience him in an intimate venue, in the picturesque surroundings of Ballintubbert House and Gardens.
Support on the night is provided by Dublin Duo Double P.E. (AKA Neil Murray and Stuart McMahon) and local Kilkenny musician Fionn Óh (accompanied by Mark Bolger).
Tickets are €30 and available now on https://ticketstop.ie/events/1854
A full evening of original Irish music, this show is not to be missed.
Doors open at 6pm and the show starts at 7pm – running late into the evening.
A small number of physical tickets are available at €25 – contact isitrollingbobpresents@gmail.com to secure yours now.
“Every second is mesmerising” – The Guardian
“Kitt remains the only Irish songwriter we know who… prefers to stand in the shadow, following his own muse and his own heart rather than engaging in the stubborn vainglory of the modern music industry.” – The Irish Times
