The mock exams are just around the corner, doesn’t time fly! This can be stressful and worrying for some of you. There are some things that you can do to help you feel more prepared. Having a study plan is important; start today if you haven’t already got one in place. Building in time for exercise would also help. This can be as simple as doing some jumping jacks or getting out for a fresh air walk.

Good sleep hygiene is crucial. Aim to go to bed and get up in the morning at the same time each day. Give yourself some space from your phone and from study for up to an hour before going to bed. A simple way to help you get a good night’s sleep is to turn off notifications on your phone when you go to bed, allowing freedom from interruptions.
